The term “Lifetime Warranty” refers to the lifetime of the product’s availability in the market. Once a product becomes obsolete or discontinued, the lifetime warranty no longer applies.

Key Requirements for Returns:
All product returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Contact Hyper Tech Supplies Customer Service via the methods listed on our Contact Us page to initiate a return and obtain your RMA number.

Brand-new, unopened products in original retail packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless the product-specific return policy states otherwise.
Products NOT Eligible for Return:
Items not purchased directly from Hyper Tech Supplies.
Products that do not match the reported reason for return (e.g., a product claimed as defective that tests functional upon inspection).
Products with missing, damaged, altered, or illegible serial numbers, model numbers, or warranty labels.
Products returned without original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories. Returns missing these items may incur a restocking fee or be refused.
Products missing the original UPC label from the box.
Physically damaged products (if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Report a Shipping Problem guide—this is not considered a standard return).
Items eligible for manufacturer mail-in rebates.
Products that appear tampered with, modified, or altered in any way.
