Return Policy
Hyper Tech Supplies is committed to providing top-quality new and refurbished IT equipment, including datacenter components, hard-to-find parts, and standard IT products, that meet rigorous industry standards. If you encounter any defects, compatibility issues, or if the product does not meet your expectations, we will address your concerns promptly. Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 30-day replacement guarantee.
Defective Products
If you identify a defect in any product during the warranty period, notify us immediately. We will act quickly to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. Please note that the replacement part may have a different FRU, spare, or part number than the original.
If the returned product is found to be fault-free after testing and the issue is due to compatibility with your hardware or software, a $10 testing fee will apply, along with a 25% restocking fee. We strive for fairness and transparency throughout this process.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. Orders can be changed or canceled anytime from placement until 14 days after receipt.

Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
If you no longer want a product you ordered, you may return it within 14 working days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition with intact seals.
For returns not related to defects, a 25–50% restocking fee may apply. Non-defective items must be in resalable condition.
Accuracy of Pricing, Descriptions, and Inventory
While we strive for accuracy, errors in product descriptions, inventory status, or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or correct any affected orders. If a corrected price is higher than originally listed, we will seek your approval before proceeding or cancel the order with notification.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If your order is incorrect or incomplete, we will correct the issue promptly.
After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow at least two business days for us to authorize your return and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Specific Product Policies

Computers: Issues with desktops, notebooks, or tablets will be resolved through repair or replacement, subject to legal requirements. RMA processing times may vary if manufacturer involvement is required.

Televisions: For TVs larger than 37 inches, an adult signature (18+) is required upon delivery. Inspect the product at delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours. Reports after this period are not eligible for refund or replacement. Post-delivery issues should be handled through the manufacturer's warranty.

Dead Pixels (Monitors & TVs): Devices with eight or more dead pixels within 30 days of purchase qualify for replacement.
